- -Beneficiaries before May 1997: Payment arrives on the third day of the month (October 3, 2025), unless it falls on a weekend or holiday.
SSI Recipients: Supplemental Security Income is paid on the first of the month (October 1, 2025). If you receive both SSI and Social Security, expect SSI on the 1st and Social Security on the 3rd.
